LAS Consulting was started as a sole proprietorship by the Principal Consultant, Lisa Adams Savard and has grown its team with additional partner consultants holding a similar vision of process improvement excellence and a passion for putting the client experience first.
We pride ourselves on the diversity of experience, expertise, industry backgrounds and specialties within our team and promote a culture of continuous learning and personal development in which we may all grow and improve. My name is Lisa Adams Savard and I have worked in process improvement for over 8 years. I have worked for multiple Fortune 500 companies as an internal Process Improvement Consultant in Insurance, Banking, Finance and Healthcare granting me the opportunity to see a diverse array of applications of various methodologies applied to different sizes of organizations.
I have continually sought my own self improvement and learning, obtaining a Masters of Education in Educational Technology as well as a Masters in Business Administration (MBA). I continually find opportunities to engage my education background to strengthen my strategic business insights and implementation approach. I have also studied multiple methodologies of Process Improvement having achieved the American Society for Quality’s Certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt (ASQ CSSBB), the Project Management Institute’s Designation as a Project Management Professional (PMP), the Scrum Alliance designation of Certified Scrum Master(CSM) and Product Owner (CSPO) and the designation of Prosci Certified Change Practitioner.
The diversity of my experience has only further fueled my passionate belief that no one methodology alone is the singular answer, but rather a crafted combination of many tailored to each scenario and organization.
